Starting new book. Should I read hunger games or game of thrones?

Game of Thrones all the way I have read both and Game of Thrones is better, I am currently on the second book of the series and I am really obsessed. The writing is amazing, the story is fantastic, as well as all of the characters. George R.R. Martin is definitely the American Tolkien, I mean you will be totally absorbed with the book. Also the 5th book is coming out soon I believe in 5 days so now is a good time to start reading the A Song of Ice and Fire series.Starting new book. Should I read hunger games or game of thrones?
I've only read the first book of The Hunger Games. It seems to be the next big thing. It was a well written young adult novel, but the concept was very bizarre. Hardly believable. Nevertheless, it's not a bad way to pass an afternoon.



I've never read Game of Thrones, but it's a tv series now. It must have SOME merit.

Hunger games! One, because it's an epic series especially the first book- I loved it so much I read it in the gym locker room (lol).

Two, cuz ive never heard of the other series.

Hunger Games seems like a really great book. My dad read Game of Thrones and wasn't very impressed.
