Anyone notice how similar these two are? IT's unbelievable! I've read most of the books and just started playing sky rim but jesus, I don't know who copied who but I'm actually kind of pissed at how many things I've noticed in sky rim that emulate GOT.A Game of thrones and Elder Scrolls Skyrim similarities?
Yes I have noticed the similarities, especially the Dragonborn (Targaryens). Though if you've read most of the books surely you know who copied who? A Game of Thrones was published 15 years ago! Even A Dance With Dragons preceded Skyrim by several months!A Game of thrones and Elder Scrolls Skyrim similarities?
You do realize that both A Song of Ice and Fire and Skyrim draw inspiration from Norse Mythology and that is why they are similar?
Also the Targaryens and the Dragonborn have nothing at all in common except for the "Blood of a dragon" part. Dragonborn have the soul of a Dragon and the body of a mortal. They can harnass Dragon's powers and use them in the form of 'shouts'. Targaryens actually tamed dragons and had a high tolerance to fire. Dragonborn do none of that. They kill dragons.
