Love the show but never read the books, I bought the second book a Clash of Kings today to catch up before the next season starts.How true is the Game of Throne HBO series to the books?
Im currently reading the first book, its pretty accurate to the show except theres more detail. I was confused with the show's politics, but the book describes it beautifully. There are some differences though, the Dorthaky king and the Dragon girl, he wasn't rough with her on their 'wedding night', she actually fell in love with him during the act lol.
Im only in the middle so far, but i recommend reading the first book before the second.How true is the Game of Throne HBO series to the books?
