Who are the "good guys and bad guys" in Song of Fire and Ice in your opinion?

NO SPOILERS PLEASE! I've only read half of the first book, Game of Thrones.

One of the great things about George RR Martin's a Song of Fire and Ice series is that there are no clear cut good guys and bad guys. But still, some characters clearly are closer to being "good guys", and some characters are closer to being "bad guys". One of the things about reading the books is that you get to discover who the "good guys" are, who the "bad guys" are, and the majority of the other characters who are more neutral and are just looking after their own interests.

In my opinion, Ned Stark, Jon Snow, and maybe even Tyrion Lannister seem to be "good guys".

Joffrey Baratheon, Cersei Lannister, Jaime Lannister, and Viserys Targaryen all seem like clear cut bad guys.

What's your opinion? In your answer, state which books you have read. Also, you can name off characters who appear later in the series if you want, but please remember no spoilers.Who are the "good guys and bad guys" in Song of Fire and Ice in your opinion?
I've read all of the books. But I'll only keep to the characters in Game of Thrones.

"Good Guys" would include, Ned Stark, Dany, Jon Snow, Cat, Robb, Bran, Arya, Sansa (children generally default to "good" unless proven otherwise in my book).

"Bad Guys" Ser Gregor (and all of his crew), Prince Joffrey, King Viserys... these guys have no real redeeming qualities. I'm going to toss Lysa Arryn in here too. She's just messed up. There are a lot of other evil characters that are introduced later.

But there are plenty in the middle! Khal Drogo is a good example. He makes a living by raiding, killing and enslaving other people, yet he can be tender and loving to Dany. Tyrion is an incredibly complex character. Even Cersei and (especially) Jaime become more complicated as more of their motivations are better understood in later books.Who are the "good guys and bad guys" in Song of Fire and Ice in your opinion?
'The Others' as a group i'd label 'bad' along with Joffrey Baratheon and his mother Cersei Lannister, however both Joffrey and Cersei i'd not label them as too bad compared to The Others.

Good characters i'd label as Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen.

Read all volumes and up to date with the series.
