Anyways I'm looking for other good medieval fantasy novels which involve magic and monsters and all that that are comparable to A song of Ice And Fire (meaning just as good). It's an amazing story!
I already have The Lord of The Rings books so you don't need to mention those.
Anyways here's my reason for only having read the first book in the Song of Ice and Fire series (Game of Thrones) is because I really like watching movies and tv series as well and if I read the books first and then watch the tv series I'll see what's missing and it wont be nearly as good. That is why I like to watch movies and tv series first and then read the book. Not to mention you can fit better faces to the characters after seeing an actor play the part, which I like. I've seen the first season called Game of Thrones and then I just finished the book today and it was awesome reading it after watching it!
Anyways, again, I'm looking for medieval fantasy novels that are really good!
List the name of the books and if you can the authors name who write it.
ThanksMedieval Fantasy Novels With Magic and Monsters?
The Wheel of Time by Robert Jordan. Its a wopping 14 book series (including the prequel) with the 15th and final book coming out in 2012. If you like fantasy you'll love these books and chances are you wont put them down. If you've read lord of the rings, and song of ice and fire then you have to read the wheel of time as it is right up there with both those fantasy books!!
go out and pick up 'Eye of the World' for $10 and start reading, you wont be dissapointed.Medieval Fantasy Novels With Magic and Monsters?
The Dragonlance novels are often considered sort of an easy-read fantasy series, but I enjoyed them.
