I would go with Diary of Anne Frank and Ender's Game. Both are really good, Ender's Game is one of my all time favourite and since most of the books in the fiction list seem to be sci-fi/fantasy it is a good book to get into the sci-fi genre. It is like light sci-fi, but really good.I need help choosing a book for summer reading?
Nonfiction:
Diary of a Young Girl: Anne Frank is amazing. Along with Fever 1793.
Fiction:
Running Out of Time is also brilliant. It reminds me a lot of the movie, The Village.I need help choosing a book for summer reading?
I LOVE "The True Confessions of Charlotte Doyle" by AVI. I think you might really enjoy it. I also recommend either "The Hobbit" by Tolkien or "Ender's Game" by Orson Scott Card.
