Good fantasy/scifi series?

I'm looking for a n excellent scifi/fantasy series that can keep me busy this Christmas break.

Im looking for books along the line of:

Game of thrones

The kingkiller chronicles

the tapestry series

Percy jackson series - a bit childish but still a good read

Secrets of the immortals - also a bit childish

I've read a lot of the series by Orson scott card: Ender, Mither mages, Pathfinder, Tales of Alvin Maker and his books are phenomenal. If anybody could recommend another series by him, that would be wonderful.

The inheritance series I didn't really like but they were acceptable.

Magic is preferred and I pretty much primarily read coming of age stories. So if anyone has a good recommendation, I would really appreciate the help.Good fantasy/scifi series?
Wheel of Time series

Belgarath the Sorcerer by David Eddings and Leigh Eddings

Brian Rathbone's Call of the Herald they are free in audio on podiobooks and first book is free for Nook or Kindle

I like Artemis Fowl and Charlie Bones

The Dresden Files by Jim Butcher

Disc world books by Terry Pratchett
Song of the Lioness quartet by Tamora Pierce

Dresden Files by Jim Butcher

The Moon is a Harsh Mistress or Stranger in a Strange Land by Robert Heinlein (not a series but still excellent)Good fantasy/scifi series?
Kir Bulichev Series
Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy is always a good choice, and it might just make you laugh a bit!Good fantasy/scifi series?
Dune series by Frank Herbert. It's "...considered one of the greatest science fiction novels of all time". It's an old book, published in the 50s I think, and is really popular and beautiful both plot-wise and in writing, so I wouldn't be surprised if you've read it already.
Percy Jackson, Harry Potter, lord of the rings. All these are good
