Any reccomendations for Fantasy Books to read next?

I went through wheel of time (first 3 books were great), and I've just finished reading Name of the Wind by patrick rothfuss (highly recommend). I've also gone through:

-George RR Martin's game of thrones stuff

-Le Modessit's Recluce series

-Robin Hobbs Assassin series

-Terry Goodkinds Sword of Truth



So, I'm now looking for more of the same (I'm fairly boring that way). I prefer stories that have the cliche of farm-boy-to-hero that are not as childish as I found the Eragon series to be.



I realize that there are probably few books left out there that follow these narrow guidelines but, any suggestions?Any reccomendations for Fantasy Books to read next?

hey i read a few dean koontz books and they were great try reading "The Taking" or if you want the more regular guy saves the day stuff read "Fear Nothing" they are both great books
