Ok, so Jon is the bastard of Ned (Eddard) but then why did Jon and Robb find the wolves with Bran and that. What I'm trying to say is that Robb and Bran aren't related to Jon are they? If so, how?!?!?! Why is Jon being raised by King Robert (I think that's the right king?) when Ned is his father?!?!?!?!?!Ned has his own kids like Rickon and Sansa and Ayra. Are Ned and King Robert brothers or something? The book doesn't go from past to future or from future to past does it? And it says that Robb and Bran are half-brothers with Jon. But are they?! Is Jon's mother King Robert's wife or something?!?!

Jon is Ned's bastard son, Bran and Robb are Ned's legitimate sons. Jon was growing up in his father's household. Bran and Robb [and Rickon] are Jon's half-brothers, and Sansa and Arya his half-sisters. Jon was NOT being raised by King Robert! Whatever gave you that idea? As I said, he was raised by his father in his father's household, a fact that still rankled with Catelyn, Ned's wife, i.e. that Ned raised his bastard son alongside his legitimate children with Catelyn.
King Robert and Ned were raised together by Jon Arryn, Lord of the Eyrie. It was common practice in the books and in real medieval history, to foster children with other noble families who were either rivals [hostage such as Theon Greyjoy is with the Starks] or allies [to nurture alliances].
Also look at the appendix at the back of the book, it has a geneaology of all the great Houses, including the Starks and definitely helps in sorting out who is who.Game of Thrones by George R.R. Martin. Bit confused?
Huh??? Robb and Bran are Ned's kids from his marriage. Jon is their half-brother.
And King Robert didn't raise Jon.
Ned was meant to marry Robert's sister (she died.) They were best friends and Ned helped Robert win the throne.

OK, there we go....
1 - here are Eddard children from Kaitlin: Rob, Bran, Sansa, Arya and Rickon. Eddard has one more son - Jhon. But John is a bastard, because Kaitlin ain't his mother. A stranger woman brought John to life with Eddard. So you see, John related to bran and Robb by father, half brother!
2 - king Robert ain't raise John, Eddard did. and now, john is at the northern wall with the night watch, away from his family. away from king Robert and away from his father Eddard.
3 - King Robert and Ned are good friends, went to war together twice in the past. They fill like brothers, but they are not brothers, only good friends.
