Which book should I read next?

These books aren't in the same genre.....just looking for a good read.



I'm almost finished with "The Stand" by Stephen King (which is very very good), and I'm trying to decide which book/series I should read next.....

Dune (Frank Herbert) - Science Fiction

A Game of Thrones (A Song of Ice and Fire Series Book 1 by George R.R. Martin) - Fantasy



What are your thoughts?Which book should I read next?
Definitely Game of Thrones. George R. R. Martin is the master of characters and plot. You'll be sucked in to the whole series -- beware.



HOWEVER, GRRM has not finished the SOIF series yet, so you may wanna hold off. It's painful to finish book #4 and have no idea what will happen next.



Dune is also fabulous, but it never enticed me enough to pursue the sequels.
Dune, while not a difficult book to read, is long and complicated, and as a Stephen King fan, I did not enjoy it. I haven't read A Game of Thrones. The Gunslinger series is amazing, so that's my vote!Which book should I read next?
You might like The Book of Names, it is kind of different but very interesting. Its got some action, some mystery, and some weird kind of mysticism in it. I enjoyed it. You can find it here...

I have heard that the Dark Towers series by Stephen King are really good but I haven't read them yet. I am thinking of reading Under The Dome by him but I am a little hesitant. Yeah I would try the Dark Towers Series first!Which book should I read next?
Well, you may have already read them, but Misery and Salem's Lot by Stephen King are very good.
