What are some good Fantasy Book Series' to read?

I LOVE fantasy books and I love reading series' because I enjoy going back to the same characters and reading more about their worlds.

I've already read the following:

Harry Potter

Twilight

Warriors Cats (currently going through the series)

Percy Jackson (Need to read the last one)

The Heir Chronicles

The Chronicles of Narnia (currently going through the series)

I want to read Lord of the Rings and The Game Of Thrones, the series the TV is based on. What are some other good ones? Please don't recommend vampire books, as I did not enjoy the Twilight series. What are some good Fantasy Book Series' to read?

I really love all those books. And some other amazing fantasy books I've read are the "Wings" series, "Evermore", and "City of Bones, City of Ash, City of Glass, and City of Fallen Angels."

All of these books are of a series so you wouldn't have to worry about leaving off on cliffhangers and have to wait for the next one to come out.
