Can you spot a scam here?

I ordered a book on eBay, a hard back of "a game of thrones", and the picture they have doently look like any other hardback I've seen on google of it, and I can't find the part where they say it's refundable....

Different printings sometimes use different covers. It looks like the seller is just using the cover pic provided by eBay. They do have a return policy. Look in the top section where the shipping price is under the bidding. It's not a scam.



Their feedback is decent and I wouldn't have any problem buying from them.
I don't think it's a scam. My friend has that cover on her copy of the book. Buying on Ebay is always risky, but I think this is fine. The seller also has mostly positive feedback, so that's a good sign.Can you spot a scam here?
What do you mean "where they say it's refundable"? It's ebay. You get the standard ebay terms and conditions.

Ive seen a hardcover like this 1 at a local store.

But if by any chance its not the book in question you can defiantly start a dispute and get your money back.
