Looking for two books suggestions one medieval and one teen romance.?

I want to read a good medieval style book fantasy or not doesn't matter to me as long as its good, i'm not looking for kid finds a magic sword and defies evil and odds to kill the villain, no i'm not looking for that type of book. If you have read game of thrones- more that style of a book. Lords going to war, kings dieing, murders, betrayals, revenges, even magic, if its possible, something good with drama, and action. i bet someone will try to suggest sword of truth series- i dont like the idea of one big villain ruling all because its obvious what happens at the end....

the second suggestion- i just want a normal teen romance type book- what i would really want is like a dork or a nerd or even a cubby kid getting the hot girl- instead of the mysterious and sexy type guy. i've read that a 1000 times over. But if you dont know a good suggestion for what i asked.. the new kid arrives to town with a troubled story, yadda, will do...

thanks.

oh dont try to combine the two. giving me a series that offers both- its always a fail. i want the medieval to be adult- grown up...Looking for two books suggestions one medieval and one teen romance.?
Medieval book - Wolf Hall by Hilary Mantel. It's amazing, won awards and all that. I'm a historian, and for me this is a nearly perfect historical novel. There's war, drama, action, etc... It takes place during the reign of King Henry VIII, so it's bound to have all that. It doesn't focus on his romances though, but what happened in England and Europe during his reign. Read it. Now. ;) Oh, and it's not a teen book, it's an adult novel.

For a teen romance novel try This Lullaby by Sarah Dessen. My stepsister read it and loved it. :)Looking for two books suggestions one medieval and one teen romance.?
well twilight is the best teen romance movie/book and king arthur the questing beast is a good selling book right now and its great the good vs the bad you should go for it and plus its educational and facinating youll never know what will come next and twighlight it has romance that blows people away like when jacob died and edward stayed bella and plus they only did it by how many the votes were for the edward team or the jacob team and people were reading the books the jacob team lost i was for that team that was a bummer for me and king author books take place in great breatin in the 5th century and well thats allLooking for two books suggestions one medieval and one teen romance.?
For the medieval style story I want to recommend something a little unusual--either Robin Hood or the Tale of King Arthur and His Knights, both by Howard Pyle. They are both written in the 1800's, so it's a little difficult to read, but you might consider giving them a try. Either that or the Three Musketeers by Alexander Dumas, which is an amazing book that I highly recommend. If not, you could try Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett. It's not fantasy, but it's very interesting and definitely at adult level.

For a teenage romance you could try Fallen. It's a very cliche book, the mysterious and sexy guy type unfortunately. However, it's not quite as terrible as Twilight. The Notebook is quite good too.
medieval fantasy - Green Rider series by Kristen Britain! They're awesome, original, and most definitely NOT about little boys running around with magic swords defeating baddies XD Lots of drama, intrigue, action, and strong/memorable characters! I'd try to explain them, but I'd be afraid of revealing too much plot information! I highly, highly, highly suggest them though!

teen romance- .... hmmm... not usually my preferred genre, and I haven't read enough of them to find any particularly good ones where the guy gets the girl! I thought Hawksong by Amelia Atwater-rhodes was a pretty good teen fantasy romance, though the guy is definitely one of those cliche mysterious characters... it has a twist, though, and he grows up a lot by the end of the book! More original than some of the books in that genre *caugh* Twilight *caugh* ;)
